Emily was very excited about turning 1. She would hold up her 1 finger everytime you asked how old she would be. She spent the day with Mimi & Paw Paw. Paw Paw was having a good day so they ate together, played together and napped together.
We planned a low key dinner with the immediate family the night of her birthday. We moved the dinner from our house to Dwayne's parents' house so his dad could be there because after being with Emily all day, he was feeling worn out. She ate the pizza but was a little hesitant with the cake. But she still got messy and need a good cleaning after.
